I cannont say enough about this lady. I was getting married in my husband's hometown and did not know who to use for a caterer. After looking at caterers' in the Birmingham and Montgomery area, we chose Pam's Incredibles. This was one of the best wedding decisions I made. Pam's food is delicious! Her floral displays on the tables were beauiful. She even made my wedding cake as well. I don't know that there is anything this lady can't do. Pam is very accomodating, makes suggestions, and reminds the bride she want to do what the bride wants! We had a wonderful caterer and now we have a friend!

Pam did the catering and cakes for both my wedding and my sister's, and I can't recommend her enough. She was a huge help in planning both, and the food and cakes were both gorgeous and delicious. I've recommended her to dozens of people over the last 12 years!
